Functions and features

*To immobilize nucleic acids on membranes, the traditional method involves placing the membrane in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 2 hours. Alternatively, using a UV cross-linker, the membrane can be exposed to 254nm UV light for just a few seconds. The microprocessor controls the precise UV dosage, allowing nucleic acids to be immobilized on hybridization membranes within 30-60 seconds

* UV irradiation can increase hybridization signals by 5-10 times compared to traditional baking methods. Since the UV crosslinker is equipped with a UV energy program design system (Joules/cm²), which continuously monitors UV light exposure via a time integrator, the irradiation automatically stops when the absorbed energy reaches the set value. Therefore, regardless of the intensity of the UV light source or time differences, the irradiation cycle maintains excellent reproducibility.

*UV shielding window and safety door sensor design ensures user safety
